    About Inhale-Exhale Flow

    My name is Viviana D' Los Angeles and I have a passion for creating positive change in others and myself. I spent the first part of my life growing up in my native Costa Rica before moving to the States and spending over 20 years in California. 

    After a decade of teaching Yoga, coaching and training in a wide variety of fitness modalities I've learned that breath is the most important element in maintaining good health, both physical and mental. The benefits our breath plays in life became my purpose to enrich others lives through Breathwork and Pranayama. It has become my passion to equip and empower my clients with tools that help them overcome traumas, reduce stress, improve their health, and live more fulfilling day to day lives. I apply my knowledge of Breathwork, Pranayama, Yoga and fitness to deliver customized teaching sessions to both individuals and groups, in person and online.

    Group Sessions

    Share the experience of Breathwork or Breath Techniques with a loved one, friends or coworkers.

    1-1 training

    Private sessions are a powerful opportunity for deep healing and deep connection with yourself, and are tailored to your needs. 

    Sunday Yoga/Breathwork Class

    Group sessions concentrate on stretching, classical sun salutes, and breath techniques that help you release the stress of the day. Sundays at 10AM, 45-60 min class.
